Creating An account

Creating a PARKONIC Account is simple, quick, and easy. Download PARKONIC App through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You can create an account by filling out all the required details or using your Gmail Account or Apple ID.

When creating your PARKONIC Account, register your vehicle license plate and top up your PARKONIC wallet.

Registering vehicle license plate

PARKONIC is a ticketless parking solution that uses your vehicle license plate as a parking transaction reference.

Here is how to register your vehicle license plate:

  1. Open your PARKONIC App and go to “Settings”

  2. Tap “Vehicle & Tags”

  3. Tap the “Add Vehicle” button

  4. Fill in all the required vehicle plate information, then tap the “Register” button

Top Up PARKONIC Wallet

PARKONIC made car parking ticketless, quick, and hassle-free. Enjoy a fast-track exit by keeping a sufficient balance in your PARKONIC Wallet.

Here is how to top up the PARKONIC wallet:

  1. Open your PARKONIC App and go to “Top Up”

  2. Tap the “BUY NOW” button of your preferred amount

  3. Fill in your banking details then, tap the “SUBMIT” button

Your parking fees at any PARKONIC location are deducted automatically from your PARKONIC Account upon your exit.

How to use PARKONIC App?

PARKONIC made your car parking journey easier than before. With PARKONIC App, you can enjoy hassle-free and ticketless parking.

Enter and park your car at any PARKONIC location. Near the entry barrier, signage displays the car parking rates and parking membership availability.

When you exit, your parking fees are deducted automatically from your PARKONIC Account.

You can also pay via cash before you exit through PARKONIC Pay Station at the location.

You can use PARKONIC App at any of our PARKONIC Parking Locations.

Is PARKONIC App free?

Yes, PARKONIC App is free to download.

How do I pay for my car parking?

If you are not a PARKONIC App user, you can pay your parking fees through our online payment portal or PARKONIC Pay Station, where you parked your car.

Just enter your vehicle license plate, and it will show how much your parking fees are. Our PARKONIC Pay Station accepts cash or cards.

Can I pay for my car parking via SMS ?

No, we don’t process parking payments via SMS.

You can pay your parking fees through any of the following options:

  • Online Payment Portal

  • PARKONIC Pay Station (available at selected locations only)

  • PARKONIC Tap&Go (available at selected locations only)

  • PARKONIC Cashier at the exit barrier (available at selected locations only)

Can I get free car parking?

Yes. Some of our PARKONIC Locations offer free parking through parking validation.

Terms and conditions apply in parking validation.

How do I validate my parking?

Parking Validation varies on each PARKONIC location. You may need to spend a certain amount at our affiliate merchant.

You can only validate your parking with any affiliate PARKONIC Merchant at the PARKONIC location where you parked your car.

Please note that you cannot validate your parking after you leave the parking location and request a refund.

Is parking membership available?

Selected PARKONIC Locations offer car parking membership.

Can I pay at the parking location?

Yes. Some PARKONIC Locations have either PARKONIC Pay Station or PARKONIC Cashier at the parking exit barrier.

Can I pay cash at the parking location?

Yes. Some PARKONIC Locations have PARKONIC Pay Station that accepts payment through cash or card.

How to top up PARKONIC Wallet?

Here is how to top up the PARKONIC wallet:

  1. Open your PARKONIC App and go to “Top Up”

  2. Tap the “BUY NOW” button of your preferred amount

  3. Fill in your banking details, then tap the “SUBMIT” button

What to do if the Top Up feature is not working?

You can purchase Top Up balance through the PARKONIC Website.

Here is how to top up your PARKONIC balance through the website:

  1. Go to www.parkonic.com

  2. Click Account Top Up

  3. Login using your PARKONIC account information

  4. On the left menu option, click Top up. From the drop-down list, click Add Top up.

  5. Click the “BUY NOW” button of your preferred amount

  6. Fill in your banking details, then tap the “SUBMIT” button

Your purchased top-up balance will reflect automatically on your PARKONIC App.

Can I register and park multiple cars with my PARKONIC Membership?

No, PARKONIC Membership allows the registration and parking of only one car at a time. Each membership is tied to a single vehicle. Please ensure that you register and park only one car associated with your membership.

Can I get a refund as a PARKONIC Wallet Balance?

Yes. We will ask you for your preferred refund option during the refund process.

Can I share my PARKONIC Wallet Balance?

No. You cannot share or transfer your PARKONIC Wallet Balance to a different account.

How can I get a refund?

To request a refund, you need to call our Customer Support at 800 PARKONIC (72756642). They will assess the situation and process the refund for you.

How long does the refund process take?

The entire refund process takes 1 – 3 working days.

What are the refund options?

You may choose to refund through one of the following:

  • Refund the amount as a PARKONIC Top Up Amount

  • Refund the amount to your bank account

  • Cash collection at the PARKONIC Office

What are the PARKONIC parking locations?

As of today, we have a total of 39 car parking locations in the United Arab Emirates (34 in Dubai, 2 in Sharjah, and 3 in Abu Dhabi). Click here to see all locations.

Is PARKONIC only available in Dubai?

Most of our parking locations are in Dubai. However, we also have a presence in Abu Dhabi at WTC Abu Dhabi, Shams Boutik, and Arc Tower, as well as in Sharjah at Majestic Towers and in Khorfakan at Al Suhub Rest House.

How will I know that I’m entering a PARKONIC parking location?

At the entry barrier of any PARKONIC parking location, signage is installed to display the parking rates, payment options, parking validation availability, parking membership availability, and parking terms of use.
