Grove Mall
By accessing or using the parking facilities at Grove Mall, you agree to comply with the following terms & conditions.
Current Rates
- Free 1 hour per day (excluding 1:00 am - 6:00 am)
- 10 per hour and part thereof
- 50 overnight parking (1:00 am - 6:00 am) per hour and part thereof
Validate your vehicle license plate at selected retailers to receive an additional 1 hour of free parking (excluding 1:00am - 6:00am).
Payment Methods
Parking payment is available through the following options:
- QR Code Parking - Drivers must scan the QR Code displayed on on-site signage and complete payment before leaving the car park.
- Automatic Payment via SALIK (where applicable) - If QR payment is not completed, the parking fee will be automatically deducted from the vehicle's SALIK account upon exit, subject to SALIK's Terms & Conditions.
- PARKONIC+ App - Drivers may also register their vehicle and manage parking through the PARKONIC+ app.
Cash payments and parking machines are not available at this location.
Parking Terms of Use
- This is a ticketless paid parking zone. Your vehicle's license plate serves as your digital ticket.
- The parking fee are as per the rules below:
- Applicable days: Monday - Sunday
- Free - 1 hour per day (excluding 1:00 am - 6:00 am)
- Parking is paid during public holidays
- The default payment method is the visitor's SALIK account unless another payment method is selected.
- Visitors re-entering within 24 hours may use any remaining portion of the 1 hour free parking. The free hour can be used across multiple visits, (excluding 1:00 am to 6:00 am). Once fully used, all subsequent entries within the same 24 hours will be charged.
- SALIK payments: Visitors paying through SALIK will be charged the standard parking fees, subject to SALIK's Terms & Conditions available at www.salik.ae.
- Visitors without a SALIK account or insufficient balance must use an alternative payment method before exiting.
- Failure to pay the applicable parking fees may result in fines, blacklisting, and/or legal action.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the Dubai courts.
- Grove Mall Management, reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or adjust parking fees at any time, with or without prior notice.
