By accessing or using the parking facilities at The Beach JBR, you agree to comply with the following terms & conditions.

- 20 per hour
Validate your e-ticket at affiliated retailers to get 3 hours of free parking!
Ticketless Paid Parking
Spend 100 at participating outlets and provide your vehicle plate number for 3 hours of complimentary parking.
- Kindly note that your parking can only be validated once and exclusively at the participating outlet where you met the minimum spending requirement. Validate your parking by providing your vehicle plate number.
- Please make payment at the designated stations near the lift lobbies or escalators (if applicable) before returning to your vehicle. Payment stations accept both cash and card.
- You can also pay for parking directly using your Salik account.
- Enjoy 3 hours of free parking by validating your parking with a minimum spend of AED100 at participating outlets. Please note that parking validation is not available at the exits.
- Enjoy up to 4 hours of complimentary parking when you spend AED100 or more per bill at Roxy Cinemas, Sea Breeze, Bla Bla Dubai, or Pavilion at The Beach. Validate your parking at the respective kiosks for seamless access. Elevate your visit with this exclusive privilege.
- Additional hours will incur a standard charge of AED20 per hour.
- Please note that each bill is valid for a single parking validation, regardless of the total bill amount
How to validate your parking?
Step 1
Spend AED 100 or more at one of the participating outlets to get 3 hours of free parking.
Step 2
Validate your parking by providing your vehicle plate number at the outlet of your purchase.
Reminder: Kindly note that your parking can only be validated once at the participating outlet where you met the minimum spending requirement.
Step 3
Payment for parking fees after exceeding 3 hours can be made at the payment station located near the lift lobbies or escalators.
You can also pay for parking directly using your Salik account.
Parking Terms of Use
- This is a Ticketless Paid Parking Zone. Validate your parking by providing your vehicle plate number.
- Compliance with signage is essential. Motorists are required to adhere to all traffic, directional, and safety signage.
- All accidents and incidents within the car park must be reported to the security.
- Vehicle owners bear full responsibility for their parked vehicles within the car park premises.
- The management is not liable for any property damage or personal injury at the car park.
- Parking concessions are subject to the discretion of selected outlets. The management bears no responsibility for any disputes arising from the provision or non-provision of such concessions.
- The parking facility operates 24/7 for your convenience.
