PARKONIC made your car parking journey easier than before. With PARKONIC App, you can enjoy hassle-free and ticketless parking.Enter and park your car at any PARKONIC location. Near the entry barrier, signage displays the car parking rates and parking membership availability. When you exit, your parking fees are deducted automatically from your PARKONIC Account.

If you are not a PARKONIC App user, you can pay your parking fees through our online payment portal or PARKONIC Pay Station, where you parked your car. Just enter your vehicle license plate, and it will show how much your parking fees are. Our PARKONIC Pay Station accepts cash or cards.
No. All payments are made online or automatically via your SALIK account, the PARKONIC app, or QR code scan.
Yes. We will ask you for your preferred refund option during the refund process.
No. You cannot share or transfer your PARKONIC Wallet Balance to a different account.
To request a refund, you need to call our Customer Support at 800 PARKONIC (72756642). They will assess the situation and process the refund for you.
