Discovery Gardens

On-street parking at Discovery Gardens will transition to a paid parking system starting:

15 January 2026

To avoid being charged visitor parking rates, residents are required to register and activate their vehicles through the PARKONIC+ App.

Visitor Parking

All unregistered vehicles will be charged standard on-street parking rates once the system is live.

Visitor Parking Rates

Parking rates are charged per hour or part thereof and will be displayed on:

• The PARKONIC+ App
• On-site signage (once live)

Current Rates

• AED 4 per hour or part thereof | 08:00 - 17:00
• AED 6 per hour or part thereof | 17:00 - 00:00
• Free | 00:00 - 08:00

Resident Parking Registration

To avoid visitor parking charges, residents must:

• Register their vehicle
• Activate Resident Parking Eligibility via the PARKONIC+ App

Required Documents

To complete registration, please upload:

• Title Deed
• Ejari
• Lease Agreement

All submissions are reviewed by the PARKONIC team. Approval is subject to document verification and is not instant.

Activation Requirements

• Activation is possible only after receiving an authorized PIN email from PARKONIC
• The email includes your PIN number and supporting documents

Registration Steps (After Receiving PIN)

1. Download the PARKONIC+ App and create an account
2. Register your vehicle under "My Vehicles"
3. Go to Settings - "Register as Tenant" and enter your PIN

Tenancy Guidelines

• Activation must be completed at least 5 minutes before entering the site
• Parking is limited to the allocated number of slots
• Parking is valid only within the active tenancy period
• If tenancy is not activated, standard visitor charges will apply

Additional Parking Slot (Optional)

Residents who wish to purchase an additional parking slot may do so via the Membership section in the PARKONIC+ App.

On-Street Parking Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using PARKONIC On-Street Parking, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

• This is a ticketless paid parking zone
• Your vehicle's license plate serves as your digital ticket.
• The parking fees are as per the rules displayed on pole signage unless otherwise updated.
• Applicable days: 7 days a week.
• Parking is paid during public holidays.
• The default payment method is the visitor's SALIK account unless another payment method is selected.
• Salik Payments: Visitors paying through SALIK will be charged the standard parking fees, subject to SALIK's Terms & Conditions available at (www.salik.ae)
• Visitors without a SALIK account or insufficient balance must pay via SMS payment as an alternative option (applicable surcharge applies).
• Failure to pay the applicable parking fees may result in fines, blacklisting, and/or legal action.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the Dubai courts.
• PARKONIC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or adjust parking fees at any time, with or without prior notice.
