- Parking fees apply 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

Parking membership is only available to purchase through PARKONIC+ App

Payment Methods
Parking payment is available through the following options:
- SMS Parking - Drivers must follow the SMS parking instructions displayed on on-site signage to start their parking session.
- Automatic Payment via SALIK - If SMS payment is not initiated, the parking fee will be automatically deducted from the vehicle's Salik account upon exit, subject to Salik's Terms & Conditions.
Cash payments, parking machines, and QR payments are not available at this location.
Resident Parking Registration
To avoid visitor parking charges, residents must:
- Register their vehicle
- Activate Resident Parking Eligibility via the PARKONIC+ App
Required Documents
To complete registration, please upload:
- Title Deed
- Ejari
- Lease Agreement
All submissions are reviewed by the PARKONIC team. Approval is subject to document verification and is not instant.

- Register vehicles
- Track application status
- View applicable terms and conditions
Resident Parking Guidelines
- Resident parking entitlement applies only within designated JVC District 16 parking areas.
- Each eligible property is entitled to two (2) resident parking allocations.
- Multiple vehicles may be registered to the property; however, the resident parking entitlement can only be used by up to two registered vehicles at the same time.
- If both resident parking allocations are already in use, any additional registered vehicle parked within the area will be subject to the applicable parking charges.
- Resident parking entitlement remains valid only for the approved tenancy period.
- Registration and activation must be completed before using the resident parking entitlement. Until activation is completed, applicable parking charges will apply.
Activation Requirements
- Activation is possible only after receiving an authorized PIN email from PARKONIC
- The email includes your PIN number and supporting documents
On-Street Parking Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using PARKONIC On-Street Parking at Jumeirah Village Circle (D-16), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
- This is a ticketless paid parking zone
- Your vehicle's license plate serves as your digital parking record.
- Parking fees are charged per hour or part thereof, as displayed on on-site pole signage, unless otherwise updated.
- Parking fees applies Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
- The default payment method is the vehicle's Salik account, unless SMS payment is successfully initiated.
- Salik payments are subject to Salik's Terms & Conditions, available at www.salik.ae
- Vehicles without a Salik account or with insufficient Salik balance must complete payment via SMS parking (applicable charges may apply).
- Failure to pay applicable parking fees may result in enforcement actions, including fines, blacklisting, or legal action by the relevant authority.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
- PARKONIC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or adjust parking fees at any time, with or without prior notice.
