By accessing or using the parking facilities at Al Hudaiba Awards Building, you agree to comply with the following terms & conditions.
Current Rates
- Free first hour
- 10 per hour and part thereof
Membership Packages
- Monthly membership: 600
- 3 Months membership: 1,500
- 6 Months membership: 2,750
- 12 Months membership: 5,000
Parking membership is only available to purchase through PARKONIC+ App
Payment Methods
Parking payment is available through the following options:

- PARKONIC Tap & Go
Parking Terms of Use
- This is a ticketless paid parking zone. Your vehicle's license plate serves as your digital ticket.
- The parking fee are as per the rules below:
- Applicable days: Monday - Sunday
- Free first 1 hour
- Parking is paid during public holidays
- Parking membership is only available to purchase through PARKONIC+ App
- Visitors re-entering Al Hudaiba Awards Building after the first free hour will be treated as a new entry and will not qualify for free parking.
- Failure to pay the applicable parking fees may result in fines, blacklisting, and/or legal action.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the Dubai courts.
- Al Hudaiba Management, reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or adjust parking fees at any time, with or without prior notice.
