Al Muneera
By accessing or using the parking facilities at Al Muneera, you agree to comply with the following terms & conditions.
Current Rates - Retail Visitor Parking
- Free 1 hour - first trip only
- 10 per hour and part thereof
Current Rates - Resident Visitors Parking
- Free 1 hour - first trip only
- 5 per hour and part thereof
During the period from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, residents' visitors can park at a rate of 25 upon validation.
Payment Methods
Parking payment is available through the following options:
- QR Code Parking - Drivers must scan the QR Code displayed on on-site signage and complete payment before leaving the car park.
- Automatic Payment via SALIK (where applicable) - If QR payment is not completed, the parking fee will be automatically deducted from the vehicle's SALIK account upon exit, subject to SALIK's Terms & Conditions.
- PARKONIC+ App - Drivers may also register their vehicle and manage parking through the PARKONIC+ app.
Cash payments and parking machines are not available at this location.
Parking Terms of Use
- This is a ticketless paid parking zone. Your vehicle's license plate serves as your digital ticket.
- The parking fee are as per the rules below:
- Applicable days: Monday - Sunday
- Free 1 hour - first trip only
- Parking is paid during public holidays
- Visitors who re-enter Al Muneera within 24 hours after using the 1 hour free parking (fully or partially) will not be entitled to any remaining free time. The free parking is for a single entry only, after which standard hourly rates will apply.
- The default payment method is the visitor's SALIK account unless another payment method is selected.
- SALIK payments: Visitors paying through SALIK will be charged the standard parking fees, subject to SALIK's Terms & Conditions available at www.salik.ae.
- Visitors without a SALIK account or insufficient balance must use an alternative payment method before exiting.
- Failure to pay the applicable parking fees may result in fines, blacklisting, and/or legal action.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the Abu Dhabi courts.
- Al Muneera Management, reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or adjust parking fees at any time, with or without prior notice.
