Parking Terms of Use

• This is a ticketless, paid parking zone. Your vehicle's license plate serves as your digital parking record.
• Parkonic VIP prebooking allows users to reserve designated basement parking slots in advance via the PARKONIC+ App for a selected duration.
• VIP prebooking slots are clearly marked on site and are subject to automated monitoring.
• Users must prebook and pay for a VIP parking slot via the PARKONIC+ App before occupying the space.
• Access to the basement is granted only during the valid prebooked time window.
• The barrier will open automatically upon vehicle recognition during the valid booking period.
• If a vehicle remains parked beyond the prebooked time, the user's SALIK account will be automatically charged 60 per hour or part thereof until the vehicle exits, subject to SALIK's Terms & Conditions available at www.salik.ae.
• Overstay events may be reported to property management and on-site security.
• Parking in any VIP prebooking slot without a valid prebooking is strictly prohibited.
• Vehicles detected in VIP prebooking slots without an active booking will be automatically charged 60 per hour or part thereof via the user's SALIK account from the time of detection, subject to SALIK's Terms & Conditions.
• Property management and security may be informed of unauthorized parking.
• MEREX tenants may only occupy parking slots officially allocated by MEREX.
• DHCM residents may only occupy parking slots allocated under their tenancy agreement.
• Occupying VIP prebooking slots without a valid booking will result in automatic charges as stated above.
• VIP prebooking fees are charged in advance via the PARKONIC+ App.
• The default payment method is the user's SALIK account unless another payment method is selected.
• All prebooking fees and subsequent charges are non-refundable, including early exit, partial use, overstay, and unauthorized parking charges.
• Any charges applied via SALIK are governed by SALIK's terms & conditions and form part of the parking enforcement process as defined by the property and relevant authorities.
• Failure to pay applicable parking fees may result in enforcement actions by the relevant authority or property management.
• Parkonic and MEREX property management reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
