By accessing or using the parking facilities at Discovery Gardens, you agree to comply with the following terms & conditions.

The assigned parking PIN is strictly confidential and must only be used by the authorized person registered under the Ejari, Title Deed, or Lease Agreement. Sharing, transferring, or disclosing the PIN to any third party is strictly prohibited.
Parking access validity is directly linked to an active Ejari, Title Deed, or Lease Agreement. Upon expiry, cancellation, or suspension of the contract, parking access will be automatically deactivated without prior notice.
Submission of incorrect information or forged/fake Ejari, Title Deed, or Lease Agreement documents will result in immediate and permanent termination of parking access and may lead to legal action in accordance with UAE laws.
Parking access is granted strictly as per the approved Ejari, Title Deed, or Lease Agreement details and allocated parking slots. Any misuse, duplication, sharing, or exceeding of the approved allocation is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for ensuring all registered vehicle details are accurate and up to date in the PARKONIC+ application under the “My Vehicle” option. Incorrect plate information may result in access denial or applicable parking charges.
Vehicle details must be activated or added to the PARKONIC+ application under the “My Vehicle” option at least 5 minutes prior to entering the parking site. Failure to activate or add vehicle details before entry will result in standard parking charges as per site tariff.
Vehicles may only be parked as per the approved slot quantity and within the valid tenancy period. Parking beyond the allocated slots is strictly prohibited or system will apply normal visitor charges as per location tariff.
Any misuse, including commercial usage, subletting, unauthorized vehicles, or credential sharing, will result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of access.
All parking entries and exits are monitored. Any suspicious or abnormal activity may lead to investigation and termination of access.
No refunds shall be provided for access termination due to policy violations, misuse, or contract expiry.
Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate parking access at its sole discretion without prior notice in case of violations or operational requirements.
Users must comply with all on-site rules, signage, security instructions, and UAE traffic and property regulations. Management shall not be liable for inconvenience caused by technical issues or system downtime.
