By accessing or using the parking facilities at Grand Avenue Complex, you agree to comply with the following terms & conditions.
Current Rates
- Free first hour - single trip per day
- 3 per hour and part thereof
Membership Packages
- Monthly membership: 500
Parking membership is only available to purchase through PARKONIC+ App
Payment Methods
Parking payment is available through the following options:
- PARKONIC+ App or Website
- PARKONIC Tap & Go
Parking Terms of Use
- This is a ticketless paid parking zone. Your vehicle's license plate serves as your digital ticket.
- The parking fee are as per the rules below:
- Applicable days: Monday - Sunday
- Free first hour - single trip per day
- Parking is paid during public holidays
- Parking membership is only available to purchase through PARKONIC+ App
- Visitors re-entering grand avenue complex after the first free hour (single trip per day) will be treated as a new entry and will not qualify for free parking.
- Failure to pay the applicable parking fees may result in fines, blacklisting, and/or legal action.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the Sharjah courts.
- Grand Avenue Complex Buildings Management, reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or adjust parking fees at any time, with or without prior notice.
