Basement and on-street parking at Peninsula Five will transition to a paid parking system starting:

Parking fees apply 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Parking Rates
Parking is charged per hour or part thereof.
Current Rates
- On-Street: AED 25 per hour or part thereof
- Basement: AED 20 per hour or part thereof
Parking fees apply to all vehicles, including People of Determination (POD) vehicles.
Payment Methods
Parking payment is available through the following options:
On-street Parking:
- SMS Parking - Drivers must follow the SMS parking instructions displayed on on-site signage to start their parking session.
- Automatic Payment via SALIK - If SMS payment is not initiated, the parking fee will be automatically deducted from the vehicle's Salik account upon exit, subject to Salik's Terms & Conditions.
Cash payments, parking machines, and QR payments are not available at this location.
Basement Parking:
- QR Code Parking - Drivers must scan the QR Code displayed on on-site signage and complete payment before leaving the car park.
- Automatic Payment via SALIK - If QR payment is not completed, the parking fee will be automatically deducted from the vehicle's SALIK account upon exit, subject to SALIK's Terms & Conditions.
Basement Parking Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the parking facilities at Peninsula Five, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:
- This is a ticketless paid parking zone
- Your vehicle's license plate serves as your digital ticket.
- The parking fee are as per the rules below
- Applicable days: Monday - Sunday. Parking is paid during public holidays.
- The default payment method is visitor's Salik account, unless another payment method is selected.
- SALIK payments: visitors paying through SALIK will be charged the standard parking fees, subject to SALIK's Terms & Conditions available at www.salik.ae
- Visitors without a SALIK account or insufficient balance must use an alternative payment method before exiting.
- Failure to pay applicable parking fees may result in fines, blacklisting, and/or legal action.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the Dubai courts.
- Kaizen management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or adjust parking fees at any time, with or without prior notice.
On-Street Parking Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using PARKONIC On-Street Parking at Peninsula Five, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:
- This is a ticketless paid parking zone
- Your vehicle's license plate serves as your digital parking record.
- Parking fees are charged per hour or part thereof, as displayed on on-site pole signage, unless otherwise updated.
- Parking fees apply 7 days a week, including public holidays.
- The default payment method is the vehicle's Salik account, unless SMS payment is successfully initiated.
- Salik payments are subject to Salik's Terms & Conditions, available at www.salik.ae
- Vehicles without a Salik account or with insufficient Salik balance must complete payment via SMS parking (applicable charges may apply).
- Failure to pay applicable parking fees may result in enforcement actions, including fines, blacklisting, or legal action by the relevant authority.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
- PARKONIC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or adjust parking fees at any time, with or without prior notice.
